1. Ladang chili Inas 1 , 73100, Johol, Negeri Sembilan.
This Plantation is about 5.5 acre situated at Kampong Gajan, Dingkir, Johol, Negeri Sembilan. This is then divided into3 plot of individual land for chili planting under the rain shelter. Before the Company was named Global Agro Diversified Sdn Bhd, this land has been cultivated by Teguh Bestaroi Resources for chili and has already been in operation since 2007 with 22 cycles of planting.
2. Ladang chili 2, 73100, Johol, Negeri Sembilan.
This plantation is on a land measured at 9.5 acres. Global Agro Diversified intends to develop this land very similar to the Project at Pulau Gadong, Melaka with the concept of producing chili under 'Tanaman Kekal makanan Negara (TKPM). We are now seeking interested parties to join us with an investment of about RM250,000 per unit. The package of investment is elaborated in the next chapter/discussion.
3. Ladang chili C, Terengganu Agrotech, Telaga Papan, Kuala Terengganu.
This is a new area acquired by the Company since late 2011 and is still in the stages of clearance. The area comprises of 2 plot of land with existing rain shelters.
